The facilities may have been a bit dated, but they were basic and very clean. The cleaner was extremely accommodating and hardworking, and the maintenance man was personable. The towels were changed regularly, which was a plus.

The beds were not comfortable and they creaked, which affected our sleep quality. Additionally, the sofa in the living room was not comfortable either.

Mind-blowing staff WhatsApped me the day before with all info from airport! Super spacious, clean apartment with all necessary kitchenware. Jaw-dropping garden with beautiful flowers where the hardworking staff ensures everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

As a senior woman, I found the hotel's general areas and facilities to be very accessible and convenient for me. It was easy for me to navigate around and there were no obstacles that hindered my comfort.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive to the needs of older guests. Just a little more consideration and understanding towards us would have made the experience even more enjoyable.

I always stay at this place when I visit and I never regret it. On my first stay, the staff even got me water at night. It has everything I need, like free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and express check-in/out. Can't wait for my next trip back!

One downside is that linen changes need to be requested. Although it is not a major issue, it would be more convenient if this was done automatically, especially for longer stays.

The garden was well-maintained, with beautiful flowers, and there was a friendly couple working hard to ensure everything was in order. The location was great, with a short walk to the shopping center and a peaceful atmosphere. I also appreciated the regular towel changes during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We did have a couple of minor issues during our stay. We had to request a linen change, which was quickly taken care of once we asked.
